Our Commitment
At 1836 Wellness, we believe in transparency. Below is our complete refund and cancellation policy for all services.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If your Executive Panel does not reveal a single actionable finding beyond your standard annual physical, we will refund your service fees in full when requested within 30 days of your results consultation. This guarantee is an exception to the standard policy below. Medication and dispensed pharmacy costs are excluded and non-refundable once dispensed.
Precision Diagnostic
Refundable If:
- Cancelled before the blood draw has been completed. Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee
- Rescheduling before the draw is always free. No penalty
Non-Refundable If:
- Your blood draw has been completed. Lab processing begins immediately and cannot be reversed
Treatment Packages ($3,500–$7,500)
Refund terms for treatment programs are outlined in the treatment enrollment agreement provided during your results consultation. Generally:
- Unused portions of treatment programs may be credited toward future services
- Once medication has been dispensed or compounded, that portion is non-refundable
Your care team will review all terms with you before enrollment. You will never be surprised by a charge.
Maintenance Programs ($499–$999/month)
- Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice
- No refunds for the current billing month
Refund Process

- 3Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- 4Refunds are credited to your original payment method (bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days)
