The Founding 50 is the first cohort of 1836 Wellness members. Your $699 charter membership deposit reserves your place in the practice. It is a deposit toward your future care, not a prescription or treatment. When our clinical practice opens (August 1, 2026), your clinician orders your diagnostic as the first step of care, and your 60-minute Interpretation Session with our Texas-licensed Nurse Practitioner is scheduled within 14 business days of your blood draw. If we fail to open our clinical practice by August 31, 2026, you receive a 100% refund automatically.
